Our weekly mens “Style Guide” for the latest trends!
Each week we will be styling our THRDS presenter Mr. Jay London in four unique ways, to showcase variations of how a key item of the season can be worn. This feature is our humble way of providing our readers with different style suggestions. We hope to guide and assist you with making good fashion choices, and show how to wear your favourite pieces.
With London in its coldest spell of weather since 2012, we are layering up, and in order to do so we are making sure we find the ultimate jackets to keep you warm this winter, and we’ve found a gem in the Spiewak N3-B Waxed Snorkel Parka Jacket Total Eclipse.
Trendy – The temperature might have dropped, but who says your style can’t remain on point? So we’ve thrown in some colour and extra warmth with a purple gilet from Anerkjendt, green cords from Tuk Tuk, and brown boots.
Casual – We’ve kept it simple with a hoodie from Native Youth. However, what makes this look burst, is the colour of a divine orange, which we matched with some Pointer shoes. Yes its cold, but its not miserable, so we suggest to embrace the winter sun with some vibrancy in your style choices. Not to mention that by adding blue wash jeans from Duck & Cover and the parka, you’re not only complementing a colour burst, but toning it down.
Hipster – Although our focal point this week is the Spiewak, we’ve also become fans of an Italian brand IUTER. This streetwear label takes original prints to new levels. The jumper we choose to feature in this look, depicts an eye catching image of rows of houses, in which they have been destroyed. In order to keep the top half of this look the main feature, we kept it simple on the bottom half with staple Topman black jeans and some sneakers from Ransom.
